I’m still amazed at the Right’s ability to portray itself as a victim of an overwhelming “cultural industry” hell-bent on eradicating it and putting Christians in concentration camps (yes there are some who really believe this.) It’s kind of like those college football fans who are convinced that ESPN has it out for their team. This movie will almost certainly not be funny, but will draw a huge audience of Lee Greenwood wannabes.
Thanks. Interesting article — but one of its claims seems like a non sequitur. If removing certain stresses allows the factors contributing to a gender gap to have greater influence, that seems equally compatible with the latter factors’ having either a biological or a cultural origin. yet the article seems to assume that if two factors A and B affect the gender gap (one positively and one negatively), and A is cultural, then B most be noncultural.
