1. A question for those Republicans who are slamming Ron Paul for betraying “party unity” by not endorsing McCain: If Paul had won the nomination, would McCain and his McCainiacs have endorsed him? (No fibbing, now.)
2. Starbucks has quotations – usually insipid or moronic ones – on its coffee cups. Mine today’s was from Madeleine Albright: “There is a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.” I wonder if it’s anywhere near the place in hell for people who think killing half a million Iraqi children is “worth it.”
