Given Dirk Benedict’s dickish, whiny, misogynistic, aesthetically tone-deaf, and suicidally fanbase-alienating ramblings about the new Galactica, to say nothing of his sexist and homophobic comments about The A-Team, I really hope that if they ever get around to making that A-Team movie they keep threatening, Benedict’s character is … appropriately cast.
"Austro" as in Rothbard and Wittgenstein, "Athenian" as in Aristotle and smashing-the-plutocracy.

Though I generally agree with your characterization of Benedict’s Galactica post (haven’t read his ‘A-Team’ comments), I do think he was on to something when he wrote (though I admit I don’t know what the use of the adjective “metro-sexual” is supposed to mean):

Yeah, but the new Galactica is one of the worst examples he could have picked to illustrate the claim that creative artistry and risk-taking are dead in tv.
A metrosexual is a straight person that, supposedly, acts gay or feminine. I don’t really like the idea that caring about your appearance is gay or feminine though.
The A-Team could be an excellent show as a remake. I’ve been thinking about for some time. I didn’t even know that a spec script had been distributed.
Imagine a group of mercenaries with principles, enemies of the American government, and respecter of no states on earth. They care for innocent life, and blow stuff up.
Acting gay or feminine is gay or feminine.
