What city is that?
New York, around 1906. I liked this image because it suggested people cooperating peacefully and voluntarily in Leviathan’s absence.
This is by Wall st. Almost all of those buildings are still there. A few of the streets still have that cobble pavements as well. In the perspective of the picture the NYSE is on the left hand side, and the George Washington statue is straight ahead (obscured by the side of a building in the picture though).
