In Spain, Government has been telling people for a while to become “entrepreneurs”.
First, they break our legs and our imagination with State run education, then they want us to run a marathon and be productive.
And we still want to vote.
Reminds me of when the poorer classes in France complained of being excluded from the franchise, and Guizot replied “well, get richer!”
Marie Antoinette never said “let them eat cake”; but the Guizot quote is genuine.
