I read this a while ago, I think it was cited in Kinsella’s Against IP essay. May prove useful. Despite being quite anti-IP in my views (or perhaps because of them), I’m doing intellectual property as one of my final year modules in my law degree. The first topic is simply called Justifications. That seminar should be a barrel of laughs….
(To be fair, this is the first time I’ve ever seen any libertarian scholar- Nozick in this case- being brought up whilst studying!)
Kind of odd that you mention this story, given your views on IP I can’t imagine you didn’t know of it. Mayhaps you skimmed it and forgot about it a decade ago?

Rothbard would have had an aneurysm if he heard you calling Nozick a libertarian.

I have no memory of forgetting it.
