I’m guessing Michael Strong lost his bid to establish a non-state project in Honduras? The leftist press is reporting that a project pushed by “wealthy landowners” to establish private cities has failed before the Supreme Court:

The Honduras Supreme Court has struck down a proposal for a number of so-called private cities with their own tax and justice systems. Wealthy landowners had pushed the plan, drawing opposition from human rights groups. But Honduran justices ruled the establishment of private jurisdictions outside of Honduran law would violate the constitution.

That being the case I suppose they could amend the constitution.

There was a partial tribunal that provisionally struck it down and a full tribunal that, as of Libertopia, hadn’t yet met. I don’t know if this news story refers to the first event or the second.
