Strength to Obey? Really? I can’t believe they actually stuck that in there. What’s even more disturbing is that most people probably think that there is indeed something noble in obeisance.

Did you happen to see Anarky in action in the most recent 2 issues of Red Robin? It was good to see him — even if it was just in a cyberscape.

I still want to know how the General got the drop on him, but maybe the current writer is working to fix the clusterfXXX that the Robin series ended on.

I can’t help feeling queasy as I watched the army recruiting ad.

I just hope any young people influenced by it watch Oliver Stone’s “Born on the Fourth of July” before they sign on the dotted line. Especially the scenes in the VA hospital.

Getting one’s legs blown off defending one’s homeland against a foreign army forces making its way inside one’s borders is one thing.

Getting one’s legs blown off slaughtering Iraqi civilians in Baghdad for the sake of Halliburton’s bottom line is another thing altogether.
