BTW, it’s a Dean Russell piece written back in the ’50s. Kinda interesting to see a libertarian thinker clarify the original meaning of leftism at that time.
On a related note, it’s too bad that “Batman” director Chris Nolan chose to obscure the fight scenes with “shaky cam”. 🙁
Hopefully, Marvel’s Captain America movie will feature some parkour-like action/fight sequences (& without shaky cam). Imagine stunt work that’s super-soldier serum enhanced. 🙂
Roderick, based on some of your other comments, I get the impression that (generally) you prefer DC over Marvel. Is that the case?

OT: Did you watch “The Clone Wars” TV series? I really enjoyed it. If you did watch it, what did you think of it over-all? Also, what did you think about the two-parter involving the Amish-like pacifist aliens?
Mother of god…
😮

WOW. That guy is good. I was hoping to do a freerunning video this summer, but there’s no way it’s going to be that crazy.
Cool. And now totally off topic: Roderick, have you seen today’s Mises.org article on “The First Leftist”?

Was curious if you had any comments on it.
And now, add stilts.
Actually this Damien Walter guy’s style is more like Nightwing than like Batman.

Yeah, but I find Cap way less interesting than Batman.

I once tried one of those maneuvers, but I broke my neck in 16 places.
At the top of the stairs, a third of the way down, 2/3 down, and at the bottom of the stairs … what were the other twelve places?
I’d like to see the blooper reel.
