    The passage with context and bibliographical details, here: “A Warning to the Nation” (from Kashf al-Asrar, 1941).

    Of course, in the first sentence, the modifier “now existing in the world” (later “that we see in the world”) is the ideological submarine, just waiting quietly for the opportune time to surface.
