I happened to scroll back one <a href="http://praxeology.net/unblog03-03.htm#02" rel="nofollow">unblog</a> -- luckily -- to find the <em>sideways-on view</em> vs. the <em>head-on view</em> distinction. One point I've always been fuzzy on: is the conclusion that <em>we cannot say anything about the world in itself</em> or is the conclusion that '<em>we cannot say anything about the world in itself</em> is a senseless proposition'? Or is it that the former is true from the <em>sideways-on view</em> while the latter is true from the <em>head-on view</em>? Totally out of context:
