Imagine the amount of competition if "lodges" were networked, and so, not restricted geographically. The government cannot <i>solve</i> the health care crisis. But its agents could, at the very least, <i>suggest</i> something along these lines. Since politicians are politicians, they'd want a hand in coordinating the "lodges," but hell, it's a step in the right direction. Does it count as assimilation if the government prompts an industry into more diversity? Yeah, except that in the beginning of the 21st century, there was no Internet.
