Vin was a great libertarian voice - when a Democrat sock-puppet played the President. And as happened with many self-professed libertarians, 9/11 seemed to madden him and cause him to forsake his principles in favor of an iron-fisted government. Why anybody ever believes that a government can brutalize and slaughter foreigners, and in the long run treat its own subjects any differently, bewilders me. It’s sad.
