There’s speculation that Obama’s pick to replace Justice Souter will be a woman or a minority. He’s also said that it should be someone with empathy. But presumably past experience as a judge would be a plus too.
I have found the ideal candidate.
"Austro" as in Rothbard and Wittgenstein, "Athenian" as in Aristotle and smashing-the-plutocracy.

I’d say put Janice Rogers Brown in, but that would almost certainly bring about an overturning of Roe, Lawrence, and Griswold. Still, an overthrow of Footnote 4, a possible Barnett style “presumption of liberty”, and an end to the post Sparf era.
Balance those out.
