I really do wish that he’d addressed Charles’ contribution. Seeing as it’s the only piece that I’ve read of the collection.
Incidentally I must be getting better at spotting the weakness in the statist argument, as I called out every counter-argument or overlooked idea before I read David’s explanation of them. So… tooting my own here. Nothing to see.
