Or, for anyone who’s looking for more of an intermediate, compromise option:

(A) Your photoshop skills are improving.
(B) Do you think that Barr will be bad for liberty?
a) Ah yes, my mad typing skilz.
b) Yup.
1) Ha. Yes.
2) Is that a half-demerit?
Agorist demerit count?
I made a “Mock teh Vote” campaign logo, now I just need an army of MTV-addled youth to promulgate it: http://www.nostate.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/mock-teh-vote-300×264.jpg
hmmm, the “x” in the link got corrupted for some reason. Here’s another way, with my apologies for the double-post: http://tinyurl.com/3jv77l
Yes, I guess that should be a half-demerit.
Agorist Demerit Count: 3.5
The campaign slogan: “The only candidate qualified to rule you.”
The campaign slogan: “The only candidate qualified to rule you.”
How about, “vote Yourself in ’08′”, then.
My ideal political system is a mearchy. It’s very similar to an anarchy, except that it includes a 0.01% sales tax. Proceeds shall go towards maintaining my château. (obviously, in your mearchy, you get the château).
I realise, of course, that isn’t likely to happen, which again makes it very similar to anarchism. It also shouldn’t happen, because stealing is wrong.. But it is *so* much more enjoyable to think about than actual politics.
Or how about we nominate a cat for office? Not only would he or she do a better job and be an attractive head of state, but he or she would leave hairballs all over the oval office carpet. That would have won my vote.
“Cthulu ’08: Why settle for the lesser evil?”
Why not “Nobody / Anybody ’08″. If rulers were chosen out of the phone book at random they could hardly be any worse.
